Why you love it: This outfit is super comfortable for summer days (and budget friendly)! The shorts are just short enough, the shoes are comfortable and practical and the top is sheer and weightless. A perfect summer combo! I love that the top can be easily transitioned into a night look by throwing on a pair of skinnies and heels.
